How Many in the Jar?
A guessing-jar classic: the host fills a jar with pacifiers (or any small item), guests write down how many they think are inside, and the closest guess wins after the reveal.
What you need
- A jar filled with a counted number of small items (pacifiers by default)
- Printed guess slips
- Pens or pencils
Setup
- Count the items as you fill the jar, and keep the total secret.
- Print guess slips — each slip asks 'How many pacifiers?' (swap in your item) with room for a name and a guess.
How to play
- Guests write their name and their guess on a slip.
- When all the guesses are in, reveal the actual count.
- The closest guess wins.
