## 1. World Meningitis Day is Monday 5 October

## 2. RSV immunization window opens 1 October
In most of the continental United States the 2026–27 infant RSV window starts tomorrow. Ask the birth hospital or clinic whether a dose is in the fridge before you leave with a newborn.
