1. Two-dose flu calendar

Children 6 months through 8 years who have not already received two lifetime flu doses need two shots at least 28 days apart, ideally both by the end of October. Some VFC clinics are still getting late, small boxes. CSL Seqirus said yesterday that extra product exists after three strain changes slowed other makers. 2. RSV window opens tomorrow

1 October starts the continental-US immunization window for infant RSV antibody in most states. Ask the birth hospital or the pediatric office whether nirsevimab or clesrovimab is on the shelf before you leave. Pointer: RSV immunization starts tomorrow. Ask the nursery before you leave.

3. Leftover gear and food
