The FDA is warning parents not to buy or serve Once Upon A Farm Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked Bars after reports of toddlers experiencing complete airway obstruction.
What happened
On October 30, 2026, the FDA advised consumers that the product can form a dry, sticky mass when chewed that standard first-aid measures (back blows, Heimlich) may not dislodge. Several toddlers ages 1.5–2.5 required emergency response and hospital observation. The company has agreed to a voluntary recall of all flavors, lot codes, and expiration dates.

What parents should do
Throw away any packages immediately. Return to the place of purchase for a refund or contact [email protected]. No other Once Upon A Farm products are affected.
