What it does

The Pregnancy Cravings & Nutrition Journal Studio logs every craving with a category (Salty & Savory, Sweet & Treats, Sour & Citrus, Spicy & Tangy, Dairy & Creamy, Ice & Cold Refreshing, or Other / Unique Combo), a trimester, and an intensity from Mild Preference to Unstoppable Must-Have. Insights break your cravings down by category and trimester, the journal is searchable, quick-log presets cover the classics (pickles, ice cream, fries, sour citrus), your partner can sync live, and the summary report prints as a keepsake or medical summary.

Who it’s for

Anyone whose cravings have become a household legend in progress — and partners who keep getting sent out at 10 PM and want the pattern recognized.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Tap a preset (Pickles & PB, Ice Cream, French Fries…) or type your own craving item.
  2. Pick the category, trimester, and intensity — be honest about "Unstoppable Must-Have."
  3. Add a partner or time note if there is a story ("paired with spicy sauce").
  4. Check the Insights tab for your flavor spectrum and trimester trend.
  5. Share the sync code with your partner, and print the summary as a keepsake at the end.

What you get

A searchable cravings journal with category distribution, trimester trends, and intensity patterns — plus a printable summary.

✦ A worked example

You get

Your flavor spectrum starts tilting Salty & Sour — data your partner can use for much smarter grocery runs.

💡 Tips & tricks

  • The notes field is where the gold is: future readers care less about "fries" than about the 10 PM rescue mission.
  • Watch the trimester trend — many people find first-trimester sour gives way to third-trimester sweet, and it is fun to see your own curve.

Enough reading — the tool itself is one tap away, and it is free.
