## 2. RSV window opens Wednesday

In most of the continental United States the 2026–27 infant RSV antibody window starts 1 October. First-season infants still have the broad recommendation. Second-season high-risk 8–19 month-olds are a wider list this year. Ask the clinic this week whether nirsevimab is actually on the shelf.
